Information you provide
When you submit a contact or volunteer form, the campaign receives the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, postal code, interests, availability, and message. Only provide information you are comfortable sharing.
How information is used
The campaign uses form submissions to reply to questions, coordinate volunteers, deliver requested signs, manage campaign activities, and provide updates when you have consented to receive them. Information is not sold.
Service providers
Form submissions are transmitted through Resend to the campaign inbox. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information needed to detect automated abuse. These providers handle information under their own privacy and security terms.
Retention and security
This website does not maintain a separate submissions database. Messages may remain in the campaign email system for as long as reasonably needed for campaign purposes or legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Cookies and analytics
The campaign does not currently use advertising trackers or audience analytics on this website. Turnstile may use necessary browser storage or technical signals to provide anti-abuse protection.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or withdraw your consent to campaign updates, by emailing info@rosssiemens.ca.
